Eleven province-level headers of the national list each have one institution on the second-round Double First-Class annex: Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Hainan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Gansu, Qinghai and Ningxia. The annex is annex 1 to the notice 教研函〔2022〕1号 issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission on 9 February 2022. The table below gives each entry's Chinese name as printed, its English name in this directory, its place, its administering body and the disciplines the annex prints.

How the entries are counted
Counting the entries of the annex, the annex names 147 institutions. Counting the entries by the province header under which each institution is printed in the national list of 17 June 2026, each of the eleven headers on this page has one entry. The header is the province under which a row is printed in the national list; for one row it is not the province of the place shown in that row (see the Hebei note below).
The annex prints the Chinese name of each institution, a colon, and the disciplines of that entry. The annex prints no English names. Its title says the entries are ordered by school code, and this page follows that printed order.

Notes on the table
- Hebei. The row for 河北工业大学 is printed under the header 河北省 (Hebei). Its place column in the national list reads 天津市 (Tianjin).
- Place and administering body. The place and administering body come from the national list of 17 June 2026, not from the annex. The annex does not print them.
- Remark column. In the national list, the remark column (备注) is blank for each of the eleven rows.
- Disciplines. The disciplines are the ones the annex prints for each entry. The annex has no discipline column for any other institution listed under these headers.
Dates and scope
The annex is the second-round list issued with the notice dated 9 February 2022 (教研函〔2022〕1号). The place and administering body in the table come from the Ministry of Education's national list as of 17 June 2026. Each school is named from one of these two lists, and the date is given with it.
Each institution on this page has a directory page at the path shown in the table. Being on the list does not show that an institution enrols international students in any particular programme. For admission details, go to the institution's own admission prospectus.

The table above gives one entry for each of the eleven headers, counting the entries of the annex by header. The annex is annex 1 to the notice 教研函〔2022〕1号 issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission on 9 February 2022. Each entry is named with its Chinese name as printed, and the English name is this directory's rendering.
In what order does the annex print its entries?
The title of the annex reads 第二轮“双一流”建设高校及建设学科名单（按学校代码排序）, which means the entries are ordered by school code. The order on this page follows that printed order. The annex does not give a ranking, and the order does not express one.
What does the notice say about Peking University and Tsinghua University?
The second paragraph of the notice dated 9 February 2022 says that Peking University and Tsinghua University determined their own construction disciplines in the second round and published them themselves. The notice does not name those disciplines in that paragraph. This page does not include either university.
