The annex to the second-round "Double First-Class" list, dated 9 February 2022, prints institutions against the disciplines in this topic. This page lists those institutions for each discipline, in the order the annex prints them, with each discipline's code and a count of its institutions. Where the rows come from

The rows come from annex 1 to the notice of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission, document number 教研函〔2022〕1号, dated 9 February 2022. The annex lists universities in school-code order. Each discipline entry gives the Chinese discipline name and the institutions printed against it.

The grouping of disciplines on this page is this site's. The Ministry's annex does not group them, and the grouping does not appear in the notice.

Chinese names are given as printed in the annex. English names of institutions and disciplines are this directory's renderings, not official translations. The official lists are in Chinese.

Peking University and Tsinghua University have no disciplines printed in the annex. The notice says each of them determines and publishes its own construction disciplines (notice, paragraph 2). Their absence from the rows below says nothing about what they teach. Their directory pages are Peking University and Tsinghua University.

Confirm any entry against the current official list before you rely on it.

Which document prints these institutions?

They come from annex 1 to notice 教研函〔2022〕1号, issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission and dated 9 February 2022. The annex lists institutions and disciplines in school-code order.

Does a university's absence from these rows mean it does not teach these subjects?

The rows cannot show that. The annex prints no disciplines for Peking University or Tsinghua University, because the notice says each determines and publishes its own construction disciplines (notice, paragraph 2). Their absence from these rows says nothing about what they teach.

Where can I check whether a programme is open to international students?

This directory holds no admission data. Each university's own admission prospectus states whether a programme is open to international students. Being on the annex does not answer that question.
