The source is the notice 教育部 财政部 国家发展改革委关于公布第二轮“双一流”建设高校及建设学科名单的通知 (教研函〔2022〕1号), issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission and dated 9 February 2022. Paragraph 1 of the notice says the list was determined by an expert committee, studied by the Ministry of Education and the two other ministries, and submitted to the State Council for approval. Annex 1 is the list itself. It is ordered by school code.

Peking University and Tsinghua University
Peking University and Tsinghua University have no disciplines printed in the annex.
