This is an unofficial directory of universities in mainland China, built from lists published by China's Ministry of Education. The grouping of the 11 disciplines is this site's, not the Ministry's. The official lists are in Chinese. The English names of institutions and disciplines are this directory's renderings, and this English is this site's translation of the Chinese text. The annex prints no English names.
Which document and list
The list is annex 1 to the notice of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission, document number 教研函〔2022〕1号. The annex titles block of the notice is dated 9 February 2022.
