The list and its dates
The second-round list was jointly issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission. Its annex is titled 第二轮“双一流”建设高校及建设学科名单（按学校代码排序）, the list of second-round Double First-Class construction universities and disciplines, ordered by school code. The order of the table below follows the annex.
Counting the entries of the annex, the list names 147 institutions.
The national list of 17 June 2026 prints 68 institutions under the 吉林省 (Jilin) header. Counting the rows under that header, 40 are at undergraduate level (本科), 28 are at junior-college level (专科), and 21 have 民办 (privately run) in the remark column (备注).

The annex prints no province and no English name. The place column comes from the 所在地 column of the national list of 17 June 2026. The English names of institutions and disciplines, and the English place names, are this directory's renderings, not official translations. The official lists are in Chinese, and this page's English is this site's translation of them.
The remark column (备注) of the national list is blank for each of the three rows.
What the lists do not show
Being on the second-round list does not show that a university enrols international students in a given programme. The seven columns of attachment 1 to the national list (序号, 学校名称, 学校标识码, 主管部门, 所在地, 办学层次, 备注) contain no field for international students. Annex 1 prints no ranking and no score.
For questions about a particular programme, read the university's own admission prospectus. This page gives no fees, deadlines, entry requirements or application details.
How to check
Confirm each name against the current official list before you rely on it. The second-round list is dated 9 February 2022. The national list is stated as of 17 June 2026.
