About the lists and the names
The notice 教研函〔2022〕1号 of 9 February 2022 publishes the second-round list as annex 1, which is the list of second-round "Double First-Class" construction universities and disciplines. The annex is titled 第二轮“双一流”建设高校及建设学科名单（按学校代码排序）, so its entries are ordered by school code. The place (所在地), administering body (主管部门) and level (办学层次) of each institution come from the national list of regular higher education institutions, attachment 1, as of 17 June 2026, and not from the annex.
Chinese texts are translated by this site, and the English is this site's translation of the Chinese text. English names of institutions and disciplines are this directory's renderings, not official translations. The official lists are in Chinese, and annex 1 prints no English names.
Being on the list does not show that a university enrols international students in a given programme. Confirm each entry against the current official list before relying on it.
