Civil engineering, architecture and transport disciplines on the Double First-Class list

Sources checked · Unofficial summary

Which institutions does the second-round Double First-Class annex print architecture, civil engineering and transport disciplines for? Below, each discipline in this site's grouping is followed by the institutions the annex prints for it, in the order printed. This is a reference page: it does not rank universities or judge their quality, and for the wider subject listing see this directory's section page.

What the annex is

The list is annex 1 to notice 教研函〔2022〕1号, issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission and dated 9 February 2022. The annex is headed as ordered by school code (按学校代码排序), so its printed order follows school codes. The annex is in Chinese. The English names on this page are this directory's renderings, not official translations. The English here is this site's translation of the Chinese text.

The grouping of these disciplines under architecture, civil engineering and transport is this site's grouping, not the Ministry's. This page covers annex 1 only.

Their absence from the rows above says nothing about what they teach.

Using the list

Being on the list does not show that a university enrols international students in a given programme. Whether a programme is open to international students is set out in each university's own admission prospectus.

The list is in Chinese and changes over time. Confirm each row against the current official list before you rely on it. The guide on checking a university against the MOE list explains how to do this. The Double First-Class section lists the civilian universities that have directory pages.
